Fish and Chips are a favourite with the Australian public and this ‘peoples choice’ award gives consumers the chance to vote for their favourite fish and chips in regional New South Wales. The Award is open to all regional fish and chip shops that purchase seafood through a Sydney Fish Market wholesaler, Sydney Fish Market auction or direct sales. Posters will be available for collection from Sydney Fish Market credit office to display in individual stores where cooked fish and chips are sold. Each poster will encourage consumers to SMS 0429 111 100 with the correct name and suburb of their favourite fish and chip shop. Standard SMS charges for individual rate plans will apply.

All nominations for finalists will be received by SMS to 0429 111 100.

SMS registration will close 12 midnight Sunday 1 February.
