Seafood Excellence Awards are presented in recognition of achievements. Individual methods of nomination apply for each award. Submission requirements for each award are provided under each award heading.  All applications must include a nomination form and a report that outlines your case against each judging criteria.  Supporting photographs and documentation welcome.

All award categories will be project managed by Sydney Fish Market and judges will select finalists in each category. Submissions that do not complete all award criteria will not be considered. All nominees will be advised in writing of the status of their submissions. Finalists will also be contacted by telephone. From the finalists, the judges will select a winner for each category. Awards will be presented at the Seafood Excellence Awards.  No winners will be announced before this time.
